Purpose of Position 

To provide expertise and support the Finance Team, ensure the integrity of the system, drive process improvements and the provision of management information to aid decision making. Very strong interpersonal skills are required, as the applicant will need to communicate at all levels within the organisation. 

Responsibilities 
*Preparation and completion of internal management account reporting's to senior management. 
*Assisting with month end procedures working to tight deadlines. 
*Development of financial KPI's. 
*Monitoring and reporting KPI's to senior management. 
*Work to develop full utilization of Oracle ERP functionality. 
*Assist with monthly overhead reporting. 
*Support both internal and external audits. 
*Develop working relationships across all areas of finance. 
*Responsive to customer requirements. 
*Ensure adherence to processes and procedures. 


Education/Experience 
Candidate should have a project accounting background be part qualified/qualified accountant or degree in Accounting. 
*Strong business acumen. 
*Very strong analytical skills and experience. 
*Flexible to support rapidly changing priorities. 
*Ability to work to tight deadlines. 
*Ability to multi task and willingness to learn new skills. 
*Knowledge of cost control and rate reporting. 
*Knowledge of project accounting and financial reporting requirements. 
*Knowledge of Oracle based system. 
Essential: 
*Part/fully qualified accountant. 
*Team orientated person who can focus on detail. 
*Demonstrate experience with process improvement. 
Working knowledge of Oracle
