Head of Finance / CFO / Finance Director required by global brand based in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The Head of Finance will be responsible for the global finance shared service function of the business unit, demonstrating advanced leadership, change management and strategic direction for reporting, controls, compliance, risk, tax, profitability etc..

Key skills:

• 8+ years' experience in financial management
• Experience in managing C-level stakeholders within blue-chip organisations
• Finance and Accounting background
• Fully qualified / MBA
• Excellent communication and presentations skills

Desirable skills:

• Experience working within the IT industry / IT shared service function
• Experience within operations and / or IT procurement
