Client Relationship Manager (Fund Administration)

Paying between £65,000 and £70,000 plus exceptional benefits including 25 days holiday, bonus, healthcare, and pension contribution
A market leading private equity and fund administration firm is seeking an (ideally) ACA or ACCA qualified Client Relationship Manager to establish and maintain sound partnerships with clients whilst understanding their current and future needs.
**This role would be ideal for someone who has managed a fund accounting team and since moved in to a Business Development/Marketing/CRM focussed role**
Reporting into the Head of Client Services the role holder will manage client service reviews, KPI development and delivery, as well as performing relationship monitoring. They'll provide incident management delivering root cause analysis, developing solutions and making recommendations where necessary.
Other responsibilities include:
* Targeting appropriate individuals in client organisations to introduce and support the sales team
* Assessing impact of regulatory change (AIFMD, FATCA) on client portfolio
* Managing client fee negotiations
The role holder will manage each client's requirements, and will liaise with other departments to ensure all client deliverables are completed in a timely manner. This position works closely with the firm's team of Client Accountants as well as the firm's Sales/Marketing teams.
You may have worked as a Fund Accountant/Financial Accountant in a similar firm, or perhaps as a Client Accountant in an accountancy practice.
Ideally you'll have a good understanding of the private equity and real estate sectors.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/qualifications:
* Several years' experience working in financial services and/or an accounting practice overseeing multiple client relationships
*Client relationship management with responsibility for executing strategic plans
* ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
* Strong networking and negotiating skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* The ability to cope with multiple tasks producing accurate work under pressure of tight deadlines
* A strong ownership of tasks and sense of team work
* Management of junior staff providing on the job training and contributing to the appraisal process
