My client are a services business based near Camberley , seeking an immediately available Qualified Financial Accounting Manager for a period of at least 15 months on a fixed term contract basis.
Managing team of 5 you will have previous managerial experience and offer excellent inter personal and communication skills.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Review balance sheet and profit and loss to ensure accurate reporting of monthly results.
Review output of Finance staff to ensure accurate reporting of monthly results
Review and add comments to monthly results on reporting system.
Calculate corporation tax provision once actual results agreed.
Checking manual and consolidated invoices & credits
Post day books ensuring that all journals keyed are legitimate.
Post supplier invoices & expenses once keyed ensuring coding, VAT & accounting treatments are correct.
Review & approve manual & supplier payment runs
Oversee implementation and testing of IT development for existing products.
Oversee implementation of new processes and controls for existing products.
