The Role:
Due to continued expansion, our client is now recruiting the next wave of junior talent to join their dynamic team. For this Client Account Manager role, you will initially be working alongside the Welcome Team to develop your knowledge of the businesses' clients and products. Your job will be focused around enhancing client experience and further improving the already exceptional level of professional service that the business offers to its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Once you complete a bespoke rigorous training programme - you will step up to become a fully trained Account Manager and can expect responsibilities to include, but not be limited to:
* Managing and improving working relationships with clients
* Welcoming new and potential partners to the business and it products
* Planning and identifying campaigns to effectively engage with target audience
* Creating and maintaining complete client records within the company CRM system
* Supporting potential clients during the on-boarding journey
* Attending various networking events
You will need to have an entrepreneurial mind-set and be able will flourish when liaising with senior level management. Please note that this is not a hard-sales based role - it involves maintaining and developing existing client relationships and is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company that it is still in the relatively young stages of its development.
So, What Are We Looking For?
* At least a second class honours from a top university
* Flawless communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confidence to work autonomously and liaise with an eclectic mix of senior business leaders'
* A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
* Previous account management experience would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite
* A business savvy graduate with an interest in technology
