Our client is the worldwide leader in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, encompassing ERP, CRM and business intelligence. We seek to recruit a Management Accountant to take a key role in the growth of our operations capacity to service our fast growing business. Alongside your previous experience, you will be familiar with modern accounting software principals and excited to join an enthusiastic and fast moving working environment.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentaries
- Prepare and review of reporting pack for Senior Management and CFO
- Reconcile and process payroll and expenses for the UK workforce (x120 people)
- Manage all bank reconciliations on the finance system (Dynamics AX)
- Analyse general ledger and budgets to prepare necessary revenue and cost accruals
- Calculation, presentation and payment of VAT and EC Sales List
- Maintain Accounts Payable / Receivable ledgers
- Report on company assets and liabilities, including balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain relationships with suppliers from an accounts payable perspective
We are looking for a person with these kinds of experiences and personality traits:
- Proven financial reporting/management accounting experience within a fast growing consulting or software services environment.
- Significant experience within Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data linking etc) and working with cloud based accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or MS Navision/AX
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Good team player with the ability to multi-task and take ownership of tasks
Additional Information
- Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum dependant on background and experience plus a comprehensive range of employee benefits
