The Role

* A role as a commercial accountant / modeller (Analyst) has arisen for a top tier Private Equity firm based in the West End of London. We are recruiting for a switched on qualified accountant with incredibly strong excel modelling skills.

* Within the role you will be getting in to the full detail of various deals the firm are working on as well as complicated analysis for the CFO and front office team. There is day to day accounting involved with regard to financial reporting and management information too. You need to not just have V look UPS and Pivot tables but be capable of manipulating large data sets including creating, calculating and interpreting models - DCF, NPV, IRR etc.
* The Analyst will support the Partners in screening and analysing new investment opportunities, financial analysis and excel modeling, managing advisors and due diligence work streams, undertake quarterly reporting and investment performance monitoring. Robert Half Financial Services.

Your Profile

* The ideal profile for this commercial accountant / modeller (Analyst) will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong excel modelling experience, hopefully from Private Equity or Financial Services. Auditors who have moved in to Transactions services or advisory where they have taken their excel modelling to the next level are welcome.

The volume of deals and work coming through is up over 35% year on year. This commercial accountant / modeller (Analyst) will be required to work longer than the standard 9-5.

Salary & Benefits
